Re: The diet of Metas - Ketogenic
After only 3 weeks total of Keto, I have been off it for 2 weeks now, going to the horse track every weekend with friends to party, slam beers until 3 am, eat all the worst things
and I have gained little to no weight back, I had to make a new hole in my belts because my beer belly nearly vanquished, and my suits look a little big on me now, which kinda sucks.
To the MHF fatties, whoever you are: this diet is the real deal, no excuse to be fat, seriously. There is no easier way to lose weight. I lost weight be pounding bacon, cream, salami and pepperoni, beef, cheese, etc.
(but I suspect you don't wanna be on it all the time, because vegetables and fruit are limited, so good to treat it as a tool)
