How does that prevent an aristocracy from being formed? Not seeing it, you can reduce the influence of the aristocracy, but you can't eliminate it altogether.

You can't stop that from happening with Robin Hood Economics, don't be silly. Inheritance Taxes don't solve the problem no matter how hard you squeeze your butt cheeks together. Aristocracy is "the highest class in certain societies", and America is not free of class distinctions, therefore an aristocracy exists. You might like to tell yourself that there is no such thing as class in America, but there sure as shit is. Even if everyone in America were all part of the same class, there would still be a highest class, everyone would just be a part of it. Aristocracy is part of human nature, you can't eliminate it with wishful thinking.
