Re: The Right and the Left need each other - debate
"SPA"... You're incapable of understanding that I recognize more "sides" in this debate than yours and the side of what you call "Marxists". I'm on my side, the side which consider your attitudes and SJW excatly identical. My position on the OP subject has been explained already. If you read it as "SJW virtue signalling", it means you're an illiterate retard. If you want me to "defend it", you just go on ahead and actually address it. You've been incapable of addressing anything but ridiculous strawman BS for five or so years, though, but hey maybe this time it will be different.
And also, I am more enlightened than you, and I am morally superior to you. Most people here are, no matter their political alignments. I don't bother with "signalling" anything, since the forum has you to signal all those inane labels you've got about everyone who says something to offend you. You have extremely little in terms of virtues these days, and I don't hate myself enough to pretend I have none whatsoever. Not because of the "side" you imagine I'm on, or the side you happen to identity with. That's entirely your sad way of thinking.

Fame is not flattery. Respect is not agreement.

New topic; do we need you to be the designated complainer here? Manisfestly not. Next topic...nickle7 wrote:Truly oh great Smitty, I'm in awe of your capacity to engage in the actual topics at hand...Smitty-48 wrote:You can stop anytime, who needs you? Yep found your problem. You got Marxism. I recommend treating it with responsible fire arm use and calling everyone a cuck.

Welcome back. We missed you.Speaker to Animals wrote:nickle7 wrote:Ok, make an argument that polarization is beneficial then. All I'm saying is that it's not constructive or indicative of a healthy society. I'd be interested in your argument against that.Speaker to Animals wrote:
No how about you and Bjorn stop playing the virtue signaling game and form some real arguments.
I will make an argument against the empty posturing which is nothing more than vacuous virtue signaling at its worst: Bjorn didn't post anything substantive. His post read like a hipster complaining about all the people at the scene who listen to music the hipster thinks is crappy, but of course the hipster listens to only the latest, best music that nobody heard of before (since if everybody heard of it, he'd move on). Bjorn offered no position on anything other than that he is this enlightened one who is superior to the rabble who take sides in the culture war. You chimed in with a "me too! I am one of the smart ones too!"
People have grown to absolutely despise this kind of virtue signaling behavior.

No shit. Not one step back. This isn't dialogue, it's a bout. Get in there and stick him.GrumpyCatFace wrote:Yeah, there's no compromising when he's like this. Either ignore or hit back with some ridiculous rhetoric until he calms down.Martin Hash wrote:No-Holds-Barred Smitty is throwing roundhouses.
p.s. Nickle, you need to practice against this style of debate attack. (Hint: pleading is a no-no.)

Or just post this,
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Really?Smitty-48 wrote:Wrecking ball favours the Right inherently, who knew?TheReal_ND wrote:No that's the best part. Eventually the left will be smashed even greater than this time.Amen. Seriously. The polarization is the biggest danger of the current political and social climate. When the pendulum of power balance becomes a wrecking ball, that's a recipe for disaster.

The Millenials aren't the wrecking ball, they're totally infantilized and dependant on a mommy and daddy of one sort or another, the wrecking ball is those who are not need to be the wards of their parents nor the nanny state.nickle7 wrote:Really?Smitty-48 wrote:Wrecking ball favours the Right inherently, who knew?TheReal_ND wrote:
