This year is pretty damned anomalous. Hopefully it's not the new normal. Fuck.
Its not the new norm, it's cyclical. First big hurricane year in 12 years. Seems bad now, but people that want to live in Florida should know if you stay there long enough there will be hurricanes. We haven't had a huge devastating Tornado in a while, but it will happen again in Tornado alley.
There doesn't seem to be a previous cycle for this, Carlus.
Florida got hit with 4 hurricanes in '04. It was not fun.
Time will tell whether this is a new norm or not.

+1
We know a lot about the earth and weather, but at the same time we know hardly anything.
Man can be so arrogant, so self important. Because we have Millions of people living in these affected areas we consider them bad. The storms are bad because it ruins our unnatural structures and tourism. The fish and alligators don't give a shit. Environmentalists should be suing to keep from these areas being rebuilt, they should go back to nature, wilderness.

You guys are a living meme. It's no surprise the Energy City had to send linemen out to Florida to teach you how to wire up a lightbulb. I'm convinced all it would take is a handful of Texans to rule the entire South. You guys would revert back to fucking your alligators and watching your teeth fall out of your head if the Superior Texas Chad wasn't constantly bailing out the Virgin Florida Beta.
Guess what dipshit Pitbull is from Miami. Name one musician that has a tenth of the talent he does.
Any musician has more talent than Pitbull does... of course, we haven't seen a musician in almost a generation... if we had to go with today's hackery, Emenim.

Pitbull is like the second Falco, which makes him like the third Mozart.

I'd give it to Sturgill Simpson.

Rather give it to a songwriter than a rapper.

You guys realize that pitbull is called "Mr. Worldwide" for a reason right? He is known and acknowledged as a premium songwriter around the world. The problem with Americans is that they live in a bubble. They don't have a global mindset. When an artist like pitbull is lauded by every country on earth, that means that he is worth paying attention to. He even did a show in Alaska. He might be a Miami boy, but Pitbull is one of the best musicians of all time.

Not sure if serious.
If you want to judge artistic merit by sales, then Taylor Swift is the greatest musician of all time. Let that sink in.

Debbie Deb is the greatest gift Miami ever gave the world.
