The Pew Report states that "The vast majority of unauthorized immigrants entered the country without valid documents or arrived with valid visas but stayed past their visa expiration date or otherwise violated the terms of their admission."

You're right about the overstays. I should have said on the ground, rather than on foot, but the number isn't set in stone. Politifact says between 27 and 40 percent of illegals come on planes, so 60 to 73 percent come across the border on the ground. And those are left leaning numbers. Take the right leaning numbers, and split the difference, and you've still got a majority crossing the border on the ground.

I'm far less worried about Roe v Wade than I am about MJ. I think even if Roe V Wade gets overturned, people will find a way to help women get the proper care they need. I'm hopeful that underground workarounds will be put into place in those states that weren't possible in the 60's. We'll see.
