I will say this, though.. I can see the problem with Alex Jones on Twitter. That shit that he said about the murdered children was pretty awful, and the potential for our future where people make money doing that doesn't look too bright. But I don't think booting them off social media is the answer.

Him calling Sandy Hook a hoax is no more damging to the moral fabric of society than calling for kids to be fed to wood chippers for daring to stand still and smirk at wagon burners beating drums in their face. In fact, if any survivors are so ass blasted about him denying the existence of their kids being gun down then maybe they should learn to fucking shut off the internet instead of letting themesleves become tools for censorship.

Yep. I agree. Though calling for violent deaths is a crime, whereas what Jones did was slander.

I did not say I agree. I said I understood -- in that one instance -- how these people running huge social networks are freaking the fuck out about the dystopian potential.

In fact, I think the woodchipper tweet ought to have him seriously considering the possibility that his solution was actually making shit worse.

I actually find a slander case against Jones to be justified coming from the parents of the victims in this case. That would make logical sense.
