Their organic milk is not too bad, but Ingles has regular milk without those bitch tiddy-inducing hormones in it for like $2.00 that tastes pretty good too.

My little gag on the labor theory of value aside, local whole non-homogenized milk is the way to go. Find a good dairy around your home and look for their stuff. Milk is not an area where you want to just accept the cheapest state-approved stuff from God knows where and what's in it.
