Also, remember those liberal urban areas are home to all the vote plantations setup by the democrats. That would come back to really fuck them over in the end. It would almost be funny to watch from a bird's eye view, really. I think in a total collapse, those cities would basically consume themselves. Some groups will try to walk out but we could probably finish them off no problem before they could cause any damage.

The mentality of these people, though.. you know they would expect to have a right to the resources of those rural communities they despised and shit upon just days earlier. They will be shocked when they get nothing, probably get violent, and then cut down.

Seriously imagine the different types of Americans in a situation where there no longer exists government and food production will be disrupted for at least a year. That should tell you what side is ridiculously unsustainable and off-course from the main trajectory of history, if such a thing exists.

That's kind of my point. I'm not into just surviving, but thriving and holding on to civilization. Putting it back on it's feet in my small sphere of influence.

Can people not look past surviving Anarchy ?

If society/civilization ever falls I will probably become the local librarian- after of course, everyone's base level needs are met. Once you get the first two steps in this pyramid (which is what most peppers are focused on) you can start rebuilding your own little community:

That's just what everybody needs when they are living on subsistence farming and fending off raiders: time to relax at the local library branch.

This is why the liberals would mostly die off, folks.

And this is why preppers are a bunch of cultureless rednecks.
To be honest, come the day I'll be heading straight towards the nearest radioactive ground zero. Who wants to live in a world full of DSLs.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

USB?

Nah.

You want physical books. Especially the textbooks for engineering and agriculture from the late 19th and very early 20th centuries. If you want to build a true library prep, you need to get those old texts in print form. Learn how to preserve them too.

Affirmative.

You can bring it if you want, but it won't be of any use other than a butt pad.
