Space and leg room like when I was a kid. Later on, he shows a shot of the economy class. Plenty of room.

The Tu-204 is basically like a 757.

Probably just dignitaries and people going out to make contracts with the outside world.

I know a lot of Chinese go to North Korea for short-term work, though. I imagine that's mainly what that airline is used for, and occasionally to ferry a planeload of westerners at one time.
