Eye of the beholder, argument can be said that she shot at him to keep the cop from running her over...you have to remember, I live in Mass... I've heard people going to jail/prison because they protected their own family in their house. They claimed King of the Castle law, but the jury instead the person had the ability to leave, so it was murder, instead of protecting family and property as a last ditch effort.

Irrelevant, and even you know it. We are talking about the current situation. These are the same people who are calling for sanctuary cities for people who came into this country illegally.... they would rather hang the cop than give him a pass.
