Does thread-jacking count as a cliche?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Looks like Trump has found one to replace ''lock her up''
''send her back'' is being chanted at his rallies now.

Trump is trying to distance himself from the chants, he knows how racist it is.

Re: cliche bingo
It's not racist, it's nationalist. The fact that the Democrats can't tell the difference, hurts them and drives regular folks right to Trump. Ilhan "I might have married my brother" Omar being made front and center hurts the Democrats. Unless Trump comes up with a better chant that accomplishes the same thing of keeping Ilhan Omar front a center, he shouldn't distance himself from it too much.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2019 11:57 amTrump is trying to distance himself from the chants, he knows how racist it is.
Pointing out that Omar and AOC are on the same team also hurts AOC, and the more they keep appearing together and backing each other, the less popular she will get, and she already has dogshit approval rating among Democrats, especially in swing states.

How did I forget...
''fuck (insert target) and the horse they rode in on'' - Capps
One of the most overused cliches in Capps's armory.

Monty, this thread is an embarrassment. You should stop bumping it.
Your fallacious tactic reflects poorly on all of us.
The argument people make is what matters. Trying to dismiss people's opinion because you are tired (really, incapable) of having to argue your position is a fallacious tactic; lazy, sad, and absolutely embarrassing for the entire forum.
