Then why bother? I don't even know of you get to do that. If you want to vote against an incumbent you have to pick one ballot or the other. Otherwise you are wasting people's time. Elections are expensive, if we have a bunch of independent showing up not making a decision that's a lot of speeding tickets to make up for that stupidity.

GCF going to vote in the primaries then is told he has to pick a ballot.
