What does other demographics being disarmed look like?

No more affirmative action. No more hiring quotas. No more preferential treatment.

If you want to do what you claim to want, then you'd push for an amendment that separates race and state in the same way the first amendment separates church and state.

But even more to the point, you'd have to convince them to stop voting as a unified bloc. Which isn't going to happen.
