We are putting some carts before some horses. There are things states could right now that would greatly reduce issues. Crosscheck. The federal government has a registry of every resident alien here in the country and also everyone with a federal felony conviction. Some states already cross reference their voter rolls against those databases. Not every state does this because GCF's party screams bloody murder.

Then you get to the point where people are thrown in jail because they don't have there ID on them or fined or something. All fears that are probably overblown

Don't need a Photo just the number, until like driving age.

The picture is like a passport pic 5-10 mins at cvs. One of the easier things to do as responsible adult. You'll bitch and complain and infantalize minorities because black people getting pictures is somehow impossible, but it will happen anyhow.

An ID is not unconstitutional that is garbage. And the political will to amend the Constitution on the other factors doesn't exist.
