Indeed, its advantageous for a society that has high mortality rates etc but that's not the problem macron addressed. His stance was on handing them money and not seeing how it does them any good. Ok substinence farming is one thing (and they fucking fail at it,) but aid money farming is another. Why should we artificially prop them up if they are going to keep having so many kids?

If you are looking for me to defend or laud anything African, you are talking to the wrong white man. And yes it is pretty revolting that Africans have that many kids, especially considering how many countries are unable to feed themselves.
