The guy votes party-line on every single bill. During both the Obama administration and the Trump administration. You want to talk about people pulling the lever marked with party affiliation? Booker is right on that ship, buddy.

That was a nice tantrum, though. You have a way of arguing that makes it seem like you're making better points, even if you're contradicting yourself. I'm genuinely impressed by it.

I'm not sure how any of your links prove that Booker isn't a party-line guy. There are always a few aisle crossers. This is unremarkable.

Yeah, he voted Yea on PN55, but not in the way you're implying. From your own link it says: "Neil M. Gorsuch, of Colorado, to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States—a vote to keep the Senate precedent of requiring 60 votes to close debate on Supreme Court nominations." He wasn't voting to confirm Gorsuch. In fact, he voted Nay on the confirmation vote. Don't be disingenuous in an attempt to defend your new boyfriend.

As far as Booker and Christie meeting in the middle goes, those two allowed Mark Zuckerburg to throw some money at some schools. It was an obvious PR stunt that made them both look good. A clear political maneuver.

You're kidding, right?

EDIT: Hash beat me on the Gorsuch bit.

So we've moved from "voting straight party lines" to "sure, people cross the aisle it's unremarkable".
And people are supposed to give your opinions weight why, again?
Like I said, nobodies are never shy to criticize somebody. Often everybody. But who cares?
Honestly, there's nothing a Sanders, Trump, Paul, or Booker could do to save themselves from the criticisms of nobodies. Impossible. Can't be done. So sometime it's good to remind folks to contrast the record of the criticized with the record of the critics.

It's called perspective.

I am just not ever voting for a democrat again. I have had enough of them. Something needs to change, and destroying that party so that something else can emerge is a great start.

And why would I want to vote for a political party that wants to discriminate against me on the basis of my race and gender? Fuck that. You really have to be an idiot to vote for them if you are a white male.

If Cory Booker is a decent guy who doesn't want to discriminate against people based on the bigoted platform of the democratic party, then maybe he should run as an independent.

If all the white guys never vote dem because they're anti-white, and everyone else never votes GOP because that's the party of racist white men ... you and I are going to have a bad time indeed.
