Sure, if it makes you happy. Point is, they can't void his ticket after the plane is boarded, unless he's doing something wrong. He wasn't.

Mall cops can't touch me unless I give a clear impression of thievery or danger. And judging from the last few times that I actually entered a mall, not even then.

UAL will pay a heavy toll in their business for this one, regardless of the lawsuits.
