My goodness, there was an attempted sign-up from a tor account. Haven't seen the Deep Web surface here before?

The Tor Browser accesses IPs that are not on the DNS, only accessible if you know the IP. A webpage or mail server with one of those IPs is part of the "Deep/Dark" Web.
