It's pretty obvious we need a process to deal with this. Average Men have had to deal with this type of Witch Hunt as Doc says for probably the last 2 decades. Now, the movers and shakers are getting there dose of medicine from the world they created. I say welcome to the party.

The first standard we need to get in place before we take these accusations seriously is the Accuser needs to make a formal Sworn Statement under penalty of Purgy and file the accusation with a court. If they are not willing to do that, they should be viewed with suspicion.

Except in many cases the courts will not hold them accountable when it is proven they lied. It's changed a little, but we are still talking about women getting walking away with probation at most.

Zing! It's *already* agin the law to lie on somebody on a factual, not opinion, issue. "Franken grabbed my tiddies without permission" is either objectively true or false. If false, was it made with knowledge of the falsity? That's different that "Franken is a shithead." Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Now, the failure to administer the law about making materially false factual statements correctly is not the law's fault, e.g., the Texas fuckstick's domestic violence rap going unreported.

I do think though there's a difference between a proven lie and a loss in court from insufficient evidence. While I think if a lie is proven there should definitely be punishment, if a woman accuses a man and the charge is overturned in court from lack of evidence it doesn't necessarily mean she lied, just that it couldn't be proven.

Given that men are thrown in prison without any evidence at all for rape based on the testimony of the accuser (many times totally innocent men), it would appear that, in order for a man to get an acquittal he has to prove she lied. Otherwise, he's probably going to rot in prison, guilty or not.
