Patriot act 1 doesn’t get passed without 9/11. It was written years prior and sat on a shelf, waiting for Crisis.

Patriot Act 2.0 is the same. It was written years ago, waiting for now. These 2,000 page bills don’t just appear ya know.

They could pass it, but they’d still face massive resistance. This is why the Crisis is needed. They need to manufacture ‘consent’ for the Police State.
