Aside from that, StA... if the Kuwaitis all wanted to slit your throats, who were the ones asking for your protection from their hated, despised, infidel enemies? Have the Peshmerga in Iraq who get military aid from you, or the Iraqi government as a whole for that matter, declared war on you? Or even kidnapped Americans and slit their throats in the name of Allah, for that matter?
