The Right just needs to resort to the same tactics of intimidation The Left uses. A couple high profile lawsuits going to the Supreme Court will turn that shit around.kybkh wrote:The hardest part about ending Marxism will be in the universities. The mere existence of the right is intimidating to the left. You don't need to do anything, just exist, and they think the sky is falling.Martin Hash wrote:The Right just needs to resort to the same tactics of intimidation The Left uses. Was listening to some ole prof on econtalk running down the forefathers for being the wealthy bastards most leaders of men are.
He said GW's net would be 24 bil. Said he was a bad guy cause he'd keep the choicest of the land from grants won from the crown to himself.

Thing about universities is they generate so much wealth. Usually improve healthcare. In general really are benefit for the community they are in.
We will have a better sense of how shit will go down once we see if Trump is gonna shut off the grant pipeline.

Though that guy, Bruce Bueno de Mesquita, went over the top, his pov was very provocative. I think Russ dealt with it well.kybkh wrote:Was listening to some ole prof on econtalk running down the forefathers for being the wealthy bastards most leaders of men are.

p.s. In fact, de Mesquita sounded a lot like Smitty!

It all started with the Ohio Company, that was the land speculation which sent Major George Washington to the "forks of the Monongahela", very deliberately, which set the land speculators on the path, to Manifest Destiny.kybkh wrote:Was listening to some ole prof on econtalk running down the forefathers for being the wealthy bastards most leaders of men are.
