The Constitution pales in the face of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution is; "a document on how to govern", the Declaration of Independence is; a mission from God. Dieu et mon droit, for the masses.

We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.


This is as powerful as any commandment given to Moses.

I like the preamble to the bill of rights,
THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution.

Just because it's a prerequisite. No bill of rights, no constitution. I'd like to think that if any were ever repealed that the entire deal would be off.

The hardest part about ending Marxism will be in the universities. A lot of well payed intellectuals who will prove difficult to reform.

Best case scenario, college educations decrease in value because of the spread of information and specialization.

The Declaration is NOT a legal document, but the Constitution is, and it guarantees life, liberty & property, with no mention of a "creator."
