Your women will get pretty pissed that the ladies North of the border are considered more important than them and get considerably more voting power than they do. It really isn't worth the trouble that comes with it, you'd be better off letting us handle them.

Quebec ain't about to take a downgrade to only having two Senators. If you give them extra representation in the Senate, extra federal funding in the form of transfer payments, and become a English-French bilingual nation, that's going to piss off every other state.
