I don't have a problem with others making a high salary. I have a problem with the woefully low salaries available to non-union workers.
If I lived in an ethno state it's very likely I would like none of my people to struggle and be willing to help pay to make sure it never happens if I was able. In the current "nation" I inhabit, I see no reason to subsidize people that are breeding me out as well as borderline hostile to my people.

Somewhere in the Northeast - that's going belly up - or into federal state receivership...one or the other...
We have had negative population growth due to massive emigration driven by corrupt politicians for decades...and the DNC keeps bringing in unskilled third worlders to keep their ranks filled....Like I've said in the past, I generally like immigrants, I just believe that we are not in a fiscal situation to handle large numbers of them without totally fucking over current citizens. Why are we bringing in more poor people when we have millions of Citizens already below the poverty line?

Whenever we get into this "government worker pay" thing, we somehow ignore the people holding the guns. How much you suppose a mid-level military salary is? What's the pension for a police lieutenant?
Anyway, on topic, those government workers seem to be the only ones getting a fair wage. No wonder the megacorp-backed parties hate unions...
