Report that the FBI is investigating the Berkely Mayor who ordered the Police to stand down and let the violence and destruction happen without threat of arrest by the police.

90% is a bit of an exaggeration. 90% of our inner cities maybe. We are the most watched nation on Earth but I'm a good boy so it doesn't bother me. A lot of crims' get busted because of big brother. I should be more bothered really but it definitely cuts crime in the big cities. We don't even have street lamps here in the Land of the Iceni......
