Yeah, I'm actually one of the X-Box Enforcers online. I see this crap more than I care to admit... when I do, they are reported and normally the parents are normally notified... that kind of thing pisses me off to no end.

Do you realize how many squakers I deal with on a daily basis? I could report a dozen a day for the rest of my life and never hit 1%...

Actually it works great... you actually are required to interact with people in a verbal level. When playing games like Destiny you are part of a team, if you don't communicate, you are pooched.

Which BTW, the new destiny gameplay trailer looks awesome... they fixed a lot of issues, but still didn't fix them all, I am happy they are doing this, I just wish this was done after the first expansion.

I'll admit that it works well in team-based games, like Eve Online. There's a lot to be said for selecting more complex, less "kid-friendly" games too.

I don't usually have the time to commit to those anymore though. All of my gaming now is solo, or co-op with the kids.

I solo a lot myself, I only Co-op on things I am forced to... but I also am almost always talking to people online all over the world... part of the "job"...
