Nothing locks the Cup down, it's just gonna come down to the bounces at the end, there's no rental on the market which is going to move the needle into a locked up scenario.Fife wrote:I am opposed to moving Tolvanen for anything other than a deal that would lock down the Cup right here and right now. I don't know it such a deal exists anywhere.
If what I keep hearing about Tolvanen's ceiling is right, I'd be hard pressed to send him away.
We are getting news and opinions every day now about how soon we'll see Tolvanen here.
Oh and the obligatory Mike Fisher updates. Any chance he can still play?
Mike Fisher I have my doubts, but he's gonna be a fourth line depth guy, so it's not make or break either way.
In terms of Tolvanen, just play the kid, it's like Willy Nylander was a rookie in the playoffs last year and he was a force.
You don't have a team of kids, it's just one kid, so you can just plug the kid in and let him do his thing. He's not a center, he's not a defenceman, he's not a goaltender, winger is a simple job, kids can handle it if they have the supporting cast with them.
