You assume my opinions are based on a love of him because you fancy yourself a neutral party and I like him more than you do, so obviously I can't be neutral and have to be some Trump cheerleader, that protects your ego from all those lost arguments where you picked your battles against Trump quite poorly.Kath wrote:He's so dreamy, Capps. It's very mysterious how you never have anything negative to say about Trump.StCapps wrote:You assume my opinions are based on a love of him because you fancy yourself a neutral party and I like him more than you do, so obviously I can't be neutral and have to be some Trump cheerleader, that protects your ego from all those lost arguments where you picked your battles against Trump quite poorly.Kath wrote:He's so dreamy, Capps. I talk smack about him plenty, you just conveniently forget every time that I do, because I call you out on your bullshit. Focusing on health care out the gate was pretty stupid, hiring Flynn pretty stupid, Trump does lots of stupid shit, I just pick my battles better than you do, you assume he's being stupid as default, especially if it's a tweet, that's your problem.Kath wrote:It's very mysterious how you never have anything negative to say about Trump.StCapps wrote:You assume my opinions are based on a love of him because you fancy yourself a neutral party and I like him more than you do, so obviously I can't be neutral and have to be some Trump cheerleader, that protects your ego from all those lost arguments where you picked your battles against Trump quite poorly.Kath wrote:He's so dreamy, Capps. If he lets Sessions actually jump the shark on marijuana, without firing and replacing him, then I'll rip into more than anyone for doing so, I just refuse to worry about something until there is a chance it could happen, I don't freak out over token Obama era rollbacks, because they could go after legal pot in the future if they write a new memo and are out to commit political suicide.
I'm no Trump cheerleader, your perception of my views on him are quite faulty.

If we had to start from scratch right now, would Congress dare to pretend that Wickard v. Filburn gives them the authority to criminalize weed, AND to put it on schedule one?
They don't have the support of the booze industry, Big Pharma, the DEA, and the DOJ to get that shit slipped through in 2018, if we had to actually evaluate it ab initio, with even a drive-by wave at intellectual honesty.
We need the Fife plan for legislative sunset, stat.

This thread needs more booze and chronic trees.
