We don't do electric in Houston. I've seen one Volt a leaf and three Prius total in Houston. Ever.

Interesting. Prius is a pretty common car, and seeing Volts is not unusual, here in the Bay Area. It seems to be a fad to Volts, among all the rich people, those can afford to blow six figures on a car. It certainly looks cool and fast.

Barring some rich unknown relative leaving me in their will, I'm never going to afford that. While I'm dreaming, I have to say I would prefer an Aston-Martin anyways.

Not really. P much every job you can think of in Houston is less than two degrees separated from oil. Honestly driving a Prius is basically the same as rocking a Hilary bumper sticker or waiving your middle finger in the air everywhere you go.

Aston-Martin is pure junk, you'd pay 200K and everything on that car would break, in the first six months, literally a car, where the dealer is praying that the engine doesn't die on you, as you pull off the lot.

Porsche is just way overpriced, you're paying through the nose, for what is in essence a really suped up Volkswagen.

VW Bug body mounted on a Porsche chassis? Some did just that. I've told it was a blast to out accelerate at a red light some muscle car with what looks like some asthmatic Volkswagen.
