The reality of nuclear politics, is that there is only one regime which America can rely upon to be friendly with its hydrogen bombs, and that regime resides in Buckingham Palace, and the way America has made that so, is by drawing the British into a joint deterrent which is dependent on the American deterrent, every other country on earth with hydrogen bombs must ultimately be treated as potentially hostile, to include the French in fact.

Merely possessing hydrogen bombs and the means to deliver them, is an existential threat which is inherently hostile by its very nature.

Pretty sure the Canadians are a safe bet as well.

Canada is trusted only because of the US-UK Security Agreement, which Canada, Australia and New Zealand are all party to, otherwise known as Five Eyes, and the NORAD bilateral alliance, which, as with the British deterrent, is totally dependent on the United States.

If Canada were to withdraw from said agreements, walk out of the room and refuse to allow the Americans into the room here, Canada would immediately be ejected from the trusted category without further ado.

To wit, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, are the only countries on earth which allow the Americans to be in the room, in the chain of command, sitting at the table with the sovereign, no other country allows that, again, not even France, and so as a result, no other country can be trusted at this level of strategic operations, if the Americans are not in the room, then it must be treated as inherently hostile for all intents and purposes nuclear.

The Americans wanted Canada to cancel the Avro Arrow project and buy American instead, part of the deal was that Canada didn't need the Arrow because the Americans would give Canada nuclear weapons instead, so Canada cancelled the Arrow and signed on to the American plan, but then the Cuban Missile Crisis scared the bejeezers out of everybody, and within the Cuban Missile Crisis the Canadian government wanted to take a conciliatory track with the Soviets, negotiation for the sake of negotiation, and so they ordered the Canadian military to stand down, but the Generals and Admirals did not agree with this course of action, so they essentially ignored the Prime Minister and deployed with the Americans against his orders.

This caused a huge backlash against the Conservatives, nuclear weapons, the Canadian military, and the Americans, all at once, which resulted in the Liberals taking over, and the Liberals eventually sorted it all out by giving the nuclear weapons back and decapitating the Canadian military replacing the Generals and Admirals with civilian political appointees in the chain of command.

No, you're wrong, as usual, the Israeli weapons are not American weapons, the Israelis actually acquired their weapons in secret, against the wishes of Washington, with the assistance of the French.
