With all the precedence behind it, that seems extremely unlikely.

It would be a very, very, tough fight. There would be blood in the streets. This issue, is a cornerstone to any Dem/Lefty Ideology and frankly, I don't think the GOP or most Americans care enough to take on the fight. And to some extent, I think it is the wrong fight.

What needs to happen is to establish one set of criteria for what life means, because currently we varying criteria. I hate laws that conflict, ie. Your responsible as an adult to decide on our national leaders at 18, but not responsible enough to drink a beer until 21........ WTF

Now, as far as the Pro-Life crowd. Science has been good to them on this issue. Science now can prove that from the moment of conception unique human DNA is formed.
