It really sounded like the prosecution was really stupid in building their case, and executing it. I know the actual DA stayed away from the case, he may have known it was a loser. It's weird how it went down. the 5 day deliberation sure felt like a midnight mail in voter dump, but we won.

I don't think it was an intentional loss by the Commies, because they expected to win.

Just look at the scheduling here the jury got the case on Tuesday so more like 3 and a half deliberation, they were careful. And protective. Had NBC chasing after them trying to intimidate them. Do it on a Friday news dump, enjoy your weekend, don’t drag this on another week, done. Same with the Ahmed Arbey case got the case on Monday late went until Wednesday afternoon the day before Thanksgiving, news dump and the jury can rejoin a regular life.

You would have to major lawsuits against NBC going at once, both defamation lawsuits... I am not sure that NBC would come out of that unscathed...
