8-)
I wondered about some of that shit. Hell, Reddit had it's own page reviewing the shit we were talking about.

Who pirated your thoughts and words ?
Free Talk Live and some Catholic podcast StA pointed me to once. Wasn’t pirating, they cited the posts and then proceeded to excoriate my views in a place where I could not possibly respond.

I felt like StCapps.

Lolz

Which one was that?

It's like the expression "The One Percent", you know where that comes from?

Henry George, in his bestselling book Progress and Poverty, published in 1879.

Nothing is new in America, it all just keeps coming around again on a rotation.

Well, if I had access to my old PMs I could look it up because I saved it. But some podcaster deleted all my shit.

As I recall it was something pulled from one of the religion threads that the Catholic guy took issue with. He wasn’t an ass, but he read the post and then challenged the assumptions. I want to say it was a family focused podcast but I really don’t remember now.

I would submit, that book became so popular in the so called Gilded Age, that the term "Progressive" itself was popularized by the title as well.

I don't really listen to Catholic podcasts, though. Most of them suck pretty bad.

I used to listen to a few Protestant ones. It might have been William Lane Craig's podcast. But that guy will demolish you no matter what. He's one of the best debaters alive.

Maybe it was Protestant. It was religious, that’s all I remember.

@DrY

You can go back and find the books written in America which became bestsellers, which shaped the narrative for all time after, like Rebecca Ruter Springer and the book My Dream of Heaven, after the Civil War, everybody's kids are dead, that book comes out, boom, that's the American view of the Afterlife, even now, it's not religious, it doesn't come from the Bible, whenever Americans invoke the Afterlife, they are invoking Rebecca Ruter Springer.

Probably William Lane Craig, since that's all that was interesting to me.

There is this reformed homosexual that does a lot of shitposting-style videos on YouTube against the homosexuals in the clergy that is pretty fun.
