We’ve cut off aid completely, years ago and sanctioned the hell out of them. Where the “bribe”?
Learn to work google and I’m sure you’ll find your answers.
I’ll give you a starting point though - when we signed the armistice in 1953 we didn’t continue down an uninterrupted path of zero aid, and crippling sanctions for the next 65 years.

Pro tip - I was serving on the Korean DMZ during the timeframe that Clinton was president and Carter was negotiating aid deals with NK. You, on the other hand, were perfecting your future role as an ignorant douche.

Did you do a lot of geopolitical research, while you stood around sucking up my tax dollars?

Have you done a lot of any type of research? On anything?
You didn’t even know we sent aid to NK and you’re trying to act like you have some sort of intellectual perch to be talking down from.
You have perfected those douchebag skills tho.
Bravo.
It's being reported over here that Kim has said he's prepared to end testing on missiles and abandon his nuclear weapons program so long as NK is not under threat. The regime has offered this before.
Does anyone really believe this will happen?

I’m well aware that we’ve sent aid in the past. I’m also aware that we stopped doing so a few years ago, and sanctioned the hell out of them, which apparently you were not. Now that you’ve jumped the shark, you’re still accusing me of ignorance and douchebaggery. Whenever you’d like to put your big boy pants on, we can discuss further.

Possible.
A win would be an actual peace accord and an end to our occupation of South Korea.

What is there to discuss with an ignoramus? Not much. You act like it's not a burden for the rest of us to drag you up and over your mountain range of ignorance in nearly every conversation around here.
Don't do me any favors, Mr. "Where's the bribes? We cut off aid. Well, I mean we sent aid, but stopped years ago. Well, I still haven't googled anything but I demand to be treated as an equal and an authority".
