Fence is finished. Got a friend growing a steer for me.
Found a lovely Amish butcher shop about 30 mins away, very cheap.
Just got a big overhang built onto the back of the house for my future deck.
Its about time to hibernate for a few months now.

I purchased a couple of 200W solar panels and the necessary wiring and charge controller so that next week I will finally be able to install the entire set up in our new camper. They'll just directly charge the 2 on board batteries.
We don't go camping in any camp grounds, way off grid only.
Campers that are advertised as "solar ready" are only partiall ready. It's sort of a marketing gimmick. It is "ready" as far as having an SAE connector plug that is wired to the batteries. Everything else is DIY.
Next step will be an inverter. A camper is like a boat, a big hole you just pour money into. But the value of the camper to me is worth more than the money paid...
