I think one biggest things we ignore is the impact to Latin America itself by taking so many of their best citizens.

It’s a solid argument. Couple of points though:

- he should have expanded his business by now. No reason he should be making $25/hr, with that much experience. If he wants to keep doing the work, he could hire a guy to do sales.

- it’s to our advantage, having those ambitious people here.

- a labor glut in menial tasks isn’t really a problem. He could be hiring those guys for cheaper than the jobs pay. It’s honestly his own fault that he’s stuck.
