I found this meme also and it reminded me what StA saying that the ancient Olympics sports were all military related:

Every time the Leafs score, I throw liver treats to the dogs, 3-0 Leafs already, two for Marns, one for Matty, Craig Anderson is pulled 10 minutes in, it's liver treat mayhem!

Pens are coming on, great game last night vs the Stars, the Stars won in a coin flip shootout, but the Pens were in playoff mode, came back and tied with only seconds left, the pressure at the end was Pens in full on Stanley Cup mode, except with Kris Letang now.

Snakebit Kadri blows three straight scoring chances for the fourth goal, that could come back to haunt them, no lead is safe with the Riverboat Gamblin' Loafs.
Buckle up, Freddie Vezina, too much time left in this game.

The only caveat about those boxers is that they can die in the heat really easily. If it's upper 80F out there, best not run with them. It has something to do with the short noses.

I board client dogs for the winter, the clients being in Europe until spring, come summertime, all the clients are back so they've all gone home by the time it gets hot, but we do have the river right here, so dog play in summer is water play, we don't run them in the summer heat.Speaker to Animals wrote:Smitty-48 wrote:Yeah, this one here injures herself too, she usually gets dropped off with some sort of injury, usually a foot injury from charging at something through the rocks and whatnot, the client drops her off hurt, I nurse her back to health, then she goes home and hurts herself again, wash rinse repeat.

Yeah, I take mine running by a large creek that has a trail running along it. If she ever showed signs of heat stroke, I'd just pick her up and wade into the water underneath some shade.
If it's too hot, she just parks her ass in the shade of a tree somewhere and won't budge. I have to pick her up at that point.
