We've already reached the point where we have assumed guilt because one alleged victim wrote a letter to her sister about it once. That's the level of proof that is being used to destroy lives right here and now. Maybe these people are guilty. I don't know. My problem is not with the people themselves, but the idea that we should socially and economically destroy lives based on nothing more than unsubstantiated allegations. This puritan bullshit really rubs me the wrong way. I hate scarlet letters, shunning, and economic punishments leveled by mob justice.
