Yes. Lots of Sunk Cost Fallacy on display right now.C-Mag wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 12:35 amExactly, we don't make a fucking pimple on the earths ass when it comes to the geologic timeline, not to mention the cosmic timeline.
It's fraud. But I sympathize with folks that believed what they were told. If you've bought in to this shit for 20 years or more, it's hard to walk away from.

What can you do? The effects are all around us but if people don't want to see them you can't make them.
That's why the renewable energy industry just pushes on ignoring all the deniers in government. The US is second only to China in production of renewable energy. Even some departments of government are making plans to mitigate the effects of climate change.
Best thing really, just ignore all the self interested wailing and get on with it. The next Democratic govt is going to rejoin the Paris accord anyway

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

What everyone is against is the fraud that we have to turn over all kinds of control to an international body of Plutocrats who don't even believe the shit they are spouting.

He can only get by attacking strawmen, otherwise he has no argument. He can't even come with one solution that isn't a government power grab, Montegriffo doesn't care about the environment, he cares about virtue signalling and giving the government more control.C-Mag wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 12:55 amThere is almost no one against renewable energy and more energy efficiency.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 12:49 amWhat can you do? See, told you they were saying it. Concern trolling about firing someone they never approved of anyway, like the disingenuous hypocrites they are.
