Who believes the United Nations Security Council is primarily concerned with the security of the USA?
Who believes the United Nations Economic and Social Council is primarily concerned with the economic health of the USA?
And if you believe this, you must explain why China, France, the Russian Federation, and the United Kingdom are also primarily concerned with what benefits the USA. Since ... you know ... they can veto whatever they want.
Otherwise you have to accept that it's a global organization (as it claims) looking out for global well being (as it claims) defined by the UN Secretariat. I won't even get into their Human Rights committee yet.
I'll pause here so everyone who wants to point out that the HQ is in Manhattan can chime in again, because apparently that's extremely relevant to some folks.
