Well, the FBI director laid out the case for prosecution and then refused to recommend prosecution, adding that if anybody else ever does that they will go to prison. You find the truth hard to believe. See my post on the left's problem with objective truth for further explanation.

What, all I see are conspiracy theories and an FBI director who said he couldn't even bring forth the case to trail.

I just find it truly unbelievable that a person (in this case Hilary Clinton) that the GOP has investigated on once but at least 4-5 times (in her lifetime) and have come up with no charges or even where she did wrong (I mean they did get close with the email scandal but that was it and even Comey was like, "damn, I just can't bring this to court because there isn't enough"). It almost is like either she is the luckiest criminal every and/or the people investing her were somehow grossly incompetent at investigating her.

She is still being investigated. With typical Trumpery, the soon-to be-president announced that he's not going to go after her; however, that's not his job.
