In some ways the PLA is stronger, technologically they are more advanced.

In other ways they are weaker, they suffered a million killed in Korea, no way they could tolerate that now.

So the Chinese have new tech, but they also have a new breed of troop

They can't sustain casualties anymore than America can, the Communists would be overthrown in this day n' age.

They are still behind technologically, so they are not net stronger with slightly better tech but much softer society.

They've made themselves more vulnerable by becoming more advanced

They can't take a pounding like they used to, America could fuck their shit up with ease in a shooting war now.

The more high tech reliant you become, the more you put yourself in America's wheelhouse.

Super low tech is what confounds America, but if you come with the industrial warfare, you are fucked.

MICC just clickin' along in the background, Trump Deranged America is not even noticing.

There's a full on overhaul in progress of the nuclear arsenal.

B61-12

W76-2

W80-4

These are the usable nukes, none of that utopian countervalue shit. Counterforce; theater thermonuclear war.

East China Sea, South China Sea, Black Sea, for whenever there is a blockade, Uncle Billy has all the feexins.

W80-4 may be my favorite of the bunch. The most versatile.

You can fit it in any cruise missile

The current AGM-86 ALCM, or the UGM-109 TLAM, or the future LRSO nuclear JASSM.

Dial-a-Yield.

For pure counterforce, the yield can be dialed down to as little as 5 kilotons.

If you want to do supercounterforce, it can be cranked up as high as 150 kilotons.

A nuke for any mission, launched from air, land, sea, or undersea

Modular and agnostic to existing and/or future platforms.

1,750 W80 warheads already bought and paid for in the inventory, the upgrade is just some new electronics.
