Ah, well, now we're coming to the source of American anti-Intellectualism, or "It's all moonshine!" as Americans of said persuation like to say, now of course, I might be eccentric in this view, but as a classical monarchist, I beleive in Dieu and mon droit, and as such, that the Declaration of Independence supercedes even the contitution that follows, to wit, the Declaration of Independence doesn't flow from the Constitution, the Constitution flows from the Declaration of Independence.

That being said, whether collective sovereign or individual soveriegn, all sovereigns are ultimately bound to go to war to defend their perogatives, but you can't do that, if you've become a bunch of bourgeois panty waists who aren't prepared to kill and die for anything anymore, nor to hang the counterevolutionaries against your divinely providential individual sovereignty from the lampposts therein.
