The ACLU breaking a long tradition of silence to oppose Kavanaugh is a bigger deal, I think. The fact the libertarian twitter account is run by some feels-driven stoner should surprise no one.
The fact that th ACLU is opposed to the presumption of innocence should concern everyone.
But it doesn’t.
