Nah, it's just China and India are the only 2 other countires that have more people than us. We are like the 3rd largest in terms of total population. We are going to have some crazies mix in with everyone else.

IKEA is a pretty big company. Spotify is also Swedish as is Mojang and H&M. Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head, but there are many more. These are all companies that are known and valued around the world.

I will never defend Transformers: The Last Knight but damn, audiences in China eat that shit up like it's water, apparently (if you go by what it made in China). Hollywood these days really doesn't make any movies just for the US anymore. All currently blockbusters now have to "pass the Chinese censors" and play for Chinese audiences. In my opinion, it really takes away from what it COULD be to even more water down bullshit.

Yeah I've been pretty disgusted about Hollywood catering to the Chinese censors for quite some time. Its pretty shameless pandering, and it shows in our blockbusters. Have you noticed how in the Transformers movies etc, the Chinese government is always portrayed pretty favorably? We are always working with them to stop some existential threat and they are heroic. That regime is the most murderous in history. That Great Wall movie with Matt Damon seems to be the most transparent example of that. Meanwhile, Brad Pitt is still banned from China I believe because Seven Years in Tibet made their government look really bad.
