Noor Salman faces federal charges, which were filed in the Middle District of Florida, including obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting Mateen's material support to ISIS, according to a law enforcement official.

Not a terror attack perpetrated by a terrorist. It's a mass shooting perpetrated by a mass shooter, and if only we could get rid of the guns.

This is exactly how Obama goes on to claim there were no terror attacks under his watch.
