The problem is the media thinks his due is to be given a pass on all of his future actions. If you criticize him for race hustling, then that's despicable according to media because he has earned the right to be shielded from all criticism according to them. I disagree.GrumpyCatFace wrote:I'm not saying he's not a race hustler now. But that's certainly not all he is. He has credibility, having been right there at the front of the movement. That's not indicative of anything. Trump said he would support such a controversial decision a month ago. Now somebody is saying they told Russia about it. That's pretty much like you saying you want to rob a bank on social media and someone responding to a retweet of it.ssu wrote:The World is adapting to the new international relaties quickly:
See Netanyahu: Paris peace conference is 'useless'PLO Secretary-General and chief negotiator Saeb Erekat also confirmed that Russia had been urged to prevent any such move from occurring.
"We have received information on the latest statement of Donald Trump in which he said that his administration planned to move the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem," Erekat was quoted as saying by Russian state news agency Tass.
"In the letter, which I have handed over (to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov) today (Friday), we ask Russia to take steps so that the United States does not move its embassy to Jerusalem."
LOL!!!!
Indeed, to influence Trump and American foreign policy, you call Putin....

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
It's simple because it's obvious what is going on. No need to over-analyse it. Lewis said he does not see Trump's presidency as legitimate. That's a stupid thing to say that if any Republican had said the same about Obama or Clinton (had she won) they would have been called out for it. Instead the media comes to his defense, bringing up his past from 50 years ago to defend said stupidity. They gave more crap to Trump when he said he may not accept the results back in one of the debates. back then it was treasonous to say such a thing. Now when a Democrat says it hes some sort of courageous hero. The Democrats are playing their supporters for fools and they continue to go along with it.GrumpyCatFace wrote:As do I. No,Penner wrote:
So are you saying that we are becoming irrelevant on a political scale because our last two presidents (which I am including Trump in) are ineffective against Putin?
What I was saying was that it is hilarious that someone asks Russia to help to persuade the US administration to change it's mind.

No, what is indicative that anyone would bring up Russia as having influence over the US. You might someone would ask uh, the UK, or a country like that, to try to persuade the US, but not Russia. Or at least earlier it wasn't common...

That's a false equivalence. I could run with a story of someone requesting Iceland do something about McDonalds and it wouldn't mean Iceland has influence over America. Don't be such a rube for MSM tactics.

John Lewis represents the Georgia 5th district.Penner wrote:http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/poli ... /96588526/President-elect Donald Trump sparked outrage (again) Saturday by attacking Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., after the civil rights icon said he would skip Trump’s inauguration and doesn’t consider his election legitimate.
“Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results,” Trump tweeted. “All talk, talk, talk - no action or results. Sad!”
It's south Atlanta, where I grew up.
It is an absolute disaster, and you wouldn't disagree if it was a Republican representing it.Clayton County, Georgia, violent crime, on a scale from 1 (low crime) to 100, is 81. Violent crime is composed of four offenses: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault. The US average is 41.4.
Clayton County, Georgia, property crime, on a scale from 1 (low) to 100, is 73. Property crime includes the offenses of burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson. The object of the theft-type offenses is the taking of money or property, but there is no force or threat of force against the victims. The US average is 43.5.
