I think it's all political theatre by both the Chinese and the swamp.

Washington DC can't do much against China, because they have been taking money from China for decades. If we were really going into a conflict with China we wouldn't allow China to buy up land near our military facilities, we wouldn't have Haweii tech on our cell towers and we wouldn't have most of teh swamp in DC on tik tok.

Even if they did, Biden would not lose the presidency. They would just have proof of corruption and find a way to not get caught while dismantling the broken (caught) system. Sort of like how The USSR never fell, but was just reinvented after it “collapsed”
