Unfortunately, as Farmer said, there are no rules: she can say one thing today and something else tomorrow, and nobody is going to do anything.

The Republican Party is a bunch of lizard-people: except for the Trumpers, they’re a lost cause.
Black pilled much?
Guilty. (I look forward to the midterms for hope.)

p.s. Look what happened to Smitty: Jesus fukking Christ.
He made his own bed, I called him out for what he was, and I hate to say it... it just sounds like his wife got tired of it...

In any case, I am hoping for some solid mid-terms and we keep the Biden Admin pain reduced... what worries me is that we can't stop the SCOTUS pick... and I wish we could, she is more dangerous than any others we have seen in a good long time.

Putting Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on the SCOTUS is pure politics, this has nothing to do with her ability or her record. This has 100% to do with the color of her skin. President Biden confirmed that when he said he was going to put the first black woman into SCOTUS.

What most people forget, she should have been the second.

The first black female SCOTUS should have been Janice Rogers Brown. Janice Rogers Brown was proposed by George HW Bush back in 2003 and was actually filibustered by our current president. Instead, she was given a Supreme Court position for the state of California.

I will not celebrate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's place on the SCOTUS because of her RECORD, not because of her skin color or gender. Actions speak louder than words.

She is soft on crime, especially pedophiles. I don't care what your political view of her is, but when you give someone a "slap on the hand" for distributing child porn, in which the images and videos show children being raped for someone's amusement, I cannot stand behind such a candidate. Especially after hearing her reasoning behind her rulings. (Yes I did listen to every minute of the back and forth for four days)

I cannot stand behind someone who refuses to answer basic questions that a standard first law student has to know the answers to.

I cannot stand behind a person that has published so little, so we have no record to go by. We don't have nearly enough opinions from her

To put someone on the SCOTUS that has limited life experience in her actual field as a Judge is dangerous.

This would be as if you put someone with less than 2 years of experience in any field into a Directorship. Unless there are extreme cases in which they show they are capable, there is no reason to do so. For that is how much experience she has of being a Judge.

Look at the records of all the SCOUTS, and tell me in good conscious she even has a right to be on it? Forget politics, would you as someone hiring someone with so limited experience put her in such a position of power?

I could not.
